NexAuth Privacy Policy
NexAuth is a local-first app. Your cards and IDs stay on your device, and NextEra.One does not collect them on a server.
Cards, IDs and passes are encrypted and stay on your device.
NexAuth ships no advertising or analytics SDKs and sells no data.
Your IDs and cards are never uploaded to a server.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the NexAuth Android app and the public NexAuth product pages operated by NextEra.One. It is written to explain how the app accesses, uses, stores and shares user data for Google Play review and for people using the app.
NexAuth does not require a NextEra.One account. If that changes, this policy will be updated before account features are released.
2. Data NexAuth accesses or stores on your device
NexAuth accesses data only for the features users would expect from this app.

3. Data collected by NextEra.One
NextEra.One does not operate an account service, analytics backend, advertising backend or sync backend for NexAuth. NexAuth does not upload your cards and IDs to NextEra.One.
The public website may receive ordinary web server request information from visitors, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, through the hosting provider used to publish these static pages. The app itself does not send your data to that website.
4. Data sharing and user-initiated transfers
NexAuth does not sell personal and sensitive user data. Data can leave your device in these user-initiated cases:
- An item leaves your device only when you choose to show or share it yourself.
- If you install or open the app through Google Play, Google processes Play Store data under Google's policies.
5. Permissions
NexAuth asks for Android permissions only when needed for its features.
- Biometric / device lock: unlock your vault with the device's own authentication
- Notifications: show alerts you choose to receive
- Storage: keep your data in the app's own local store
6. Retention and deletion
- Your cards and IDs remain in NexAuth's local store until you delete them or clear everything.
- Local settings remain on device until you change them or uninstall the app.
- NextEra.One cannot recover deleted local data because it is not synced to a NextEra.One server.
- You can also use Android Settings > Apps > NexAuth > Storage > Clear storage to remove local app data.
7. Security
NexAuth relies on Android runtime permissions, Android app sandboxing and local device storage. Because NexAuth does not run a cloud sync service, there is no NextEra.One server copy of your cards and IDs. Anything you choose to share into other apps is governed by those providers' practices.
8. Children
NexAuth is not directed to children. It is a general-purpose tool intended for users who are allowed to manage their own content on their Android device.
9. Changes and contact
NextEra.One may update this policy when NexAuth changes how it handles data. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
